Bank Transfer
Prefer a manual transfer? TradeSafe supports direct bank transfers (EFT) with payment reference tracking. Once your transfer is detected, your task payment is confirmed automatically.
Bank transfers are typically confirmed within a few minutes to 1 hour depending on your bank.
How Our Escrow System Works
Escrow means your payment is held by a neutral party until the job is done — protecting both the poster and the Tasker.
Offer Accepted
You accept a Tasker's offer and are redirected to TradeSafe's secure checkout page to complete payment.
Funds Held Securely
Your payment is captured and held in escrow. The Tasker is notified to begin work — but cannot access the funds yet.
Work Completed
The Tasker completes the work and notifies you. Review the result and communicate any changes through the platform.
Payment Released
You mark the task complete and confirm via the on-screen dialog. Once confirmed, the Tasker's payout (minus 10% fee) is released immediately — this action is irreversible.
Important: Only mark a task as complete when you are fully satisfied with the work. Payment is released to the Tasker immediately upon confirmation and cannot be reversed. If there's a problem, contact support before confirming.

We Never Store Card Details
findtaskers never stores your card number, CVV, or expiry date on our servers. Card details go directly to TradeSafe's certified secure vaults. We only receive a payment token — not your actual data.

Tips for Staying Safe
Always pay through the findtaskers platform — never via cash or personal EFT.
Do not share your banking details with Taskers directly.
Keep all communication in the platform messaging system.
Only mark a task complete when you are genuinely satisfied.
If a task can't proceed, use the Request Cancellation button on the task page — don't abandon the task without formally cancelling.
Never pay someone who asks you to move the transaction off-platform.
Never share OTPs or banking passwords with anyone claiming to be from findtaskers.
